7 Ways to manage the household chores and the owner breaks

This week during a training session, one of my clients struggle with constant management "breaks" throughout the day. Whenever I felt the need to get up from his desk and stretch her legs, in the kitchen.
Because of this habit, it is now 20 pounds heavier, very uncomfortable and very unhappy with herself.

Unfortunately, this is a very common phenomenon among businessmen in the transition from the world of work outside the home to work.

4. Take a walk around the block. Take your puppy with you and light candles with the flame. Know your neighbors, and keep pets healthy and enjoy the outdoors.

5. Meditation. There's nothing like meditation afternoon to clear your mind and relax the body. Enormous benefits and affect all areas of your life and business.

6. Adjust the hours of cooking. Establish certain times of the day when the kitchen is outside the boundaries and stick to them.

7. Sweep or vacuum the door to the living room. May not be exciting, but it will give your mind the end of the first half, which he needs, and will also provide the time if you can spend with family and friends. A few small breaks cleaning throughout the day really well.
